Ã The incumbent shall be responsible for achieving Company's` sales targets and growth. He shall strong liaison with domestic customers and Govt Dept, Railway, shipping lines for developing new business by identifying and enlarging target customer so as to fill slots in container rakes/train etc.
Ã He shall ensure high customer satisfaction through service offering to existing customers as well as to the prospective customers.
Ã He shall have to constantly interact with complete operations so as to optimize the turnaround time, meet SLA and increase revenue.
Ã He shall manage the freight forwarders and vendors to increase the rail cargo volume. Timely billing and collection shall also be a part of the responsibility.
Ã He should have a strong relation with all the shipping lines operating out of Mundra/ Pipavav and nearby ports & private container rakes/train operator & loacal Govt officials.
Ã He must have thorough knowledge of the domestic cargo and customers originating in the catchment area of Mundra/ Pipavav Ports & private container rakes/train operators.
Ã He must have thorough practical operations knowledge of the complete Mundra/ Pipavav Ports & private container rakes/train operators & strong administration.
